We are actively seeking a Water & Wastewater Construction Inspector (RPR) II to join our team of dedicated professionals in Harrisburg, PA.

As a Water & Wastewater Construction Inspector (RPR) II , you are responsible for engineering related practices and construction observation.

Responsibilities include but are not limited to :

Conducting on-site observation of work in progress in accordance with Contract documents

Document and report when work does not conform to Contract documents

Conducting final inspections to ensure :

  • All items are completed or corrected and make recommendations to Project Manager concerning acceptance
  • Certificates, maintenance and operation manuals and other data required to be assembled and furnished by contractor are applicable to the items actually installed and in accordance with the Contract documents

Drafting proposed change orders and work directive changes

Reviewing project schedules, schedules of shop drawing submittals, and schedules of values prepared by Contractor

Maintaining field observation reports including photographs

Requirements

High school or GED

Minimum 4-6 years' experience in :

  • Construction observation and administration relative to water and wastewater projects
  • Construction observation and / or management for storm water, site grading, paving, and highway projects
  • Basic survey, grade and cut sheets and quantity data

NICET certification, desired

Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Word, and Excel

Must have a valid Driver's License to travel to job sites, meetings, and / or HRG office(s)

Has the legal right to work in the U.S.
