Then yes, this may be what you have been seeking.Job summaryAs a Project Manager II within CB (Commercial Bank) Credit Monitoring, you will lead various types of projects by keeping all project stakeholders on task, establishing milestones and being the point of contact with business and technology partners.

Develop communication tools and templates to ensure project status, risks, and dependencies are clearly communicated. Facilitate discussions among key business stakeholders to identify solutions to problems.

Job responsibilities Maintain project documentation an evidence including but not limited to decision logs, meeting minutes, meeting agenda's etc.

Coordinate with operations leaders to ensure operational readiness of all impacted parties Partner with department leaders to identify subject matters experts to contribute to the development, testing, and validation of project initiatives Analyze operational procedure to identify opportunities for process, productivity and efficiency improvement to ensure the business achieves its primary goals for operational excellence Create and deliver executive level presentations on projects and initiatives to provide updates, next steps, and final results Preparation of executive summary documents and presentation decks for senior management Execution - End-to-end ownership of tasks and proactively working to a solution.

Able to follow a structured and organized approach for executing tasks or introduce changes into processes.Required qualifications, capabilities, and skills 5+ years of project management experience preferably in a financial institution Ability to demonstrate innovation, good judgement and problem-solving skills when making decisions, an outside the box thinker that can challenge the norm Capacity to think laterally, understand the big picture, and explore strategic and tactical solutions Strong MS Office Skills including advanced level in Excel, PowerPoint Strong analytical skills, organizational skills, detail oriented Strong interpersonal leadership, partnership and influencing skills Strong oral and written communication skills Proven presentational skills to peers, subordinates and Senior LeadershipPreferred qualifications, capabilities, and skills Operations work experience preferred Bachelor's Degree preferred or equivalent work experience 5+ years of project management experience preferably in a financial institution Commercial Lending experience preferredReferral Bonus Available $3,000 USD
