Position Overview : This position requires managing both the administrative and human elements of our home health services, focusing on client and staff interaction, recruitment, and operational logistics.

Key Responsibilities :
- Client Coordination and Customer Service : Serve as the primary point of contact for clients and their families, ensuring their needs are met with empathy and efficiency.
- Scheduling and Field Staff Management : Organize and oversee the schedules of nurses, physical therapists, occupational therapists, and home health aides.
Address any issues such as delays or staff tardiness, ensuring smooth service delivery.
- Recruitment and Staffing : Actively recruit and onboard qualified field staff, maintaining high standards of care and professionalism.
- Payroll and Administration : Collect and verify timesheets to ensure accurate recording of hours worked for payroll processing and invoicing
- Communication : Manage communications between clients and staff, resolving conflicts and maintaining high satisfaction levels.
Qualifications :
- 2 years Home Health Experience a plus
- Proven experience in customer service, human resources, or a similar role in a healthcare setting.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks and responsibilities.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the capacity to work under pressure.
- Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality service to clients and staff.
- Ability to handle sensitive situations professionally and with discretion.
- Must be able to work under Pressure
