INTERSCHOLASTIC STUDENT-ATHLETE NIL DIRECTOR

About the NIL

NIL at the interscholastic level has been a reality for many states for about 24 months. NIL allows high school athletes to monetize their name, image and likeness AND maintain their high school athletic eligibility.

About BigNIL

BIG NIL Inc provides officially licensed print-on-demand apparel and merchandise products for student-athlete and school brands under the NIL.

Through NIL policies, student-athletes may monetize their personal brand and endorsements while participating in sports.

The current NIL rules related to high school athletes are established state to state . As of October 4, 2023, the following 30 states and the District of Columbia allow interscholastic athletes to receive NIL payments : Alaska, California, Colorado, Connecticut, District of Columbia, Georgia, Idaho, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, Louisiana, Maine, Maryland, Massachusetts, Minnesota, Nebraska, Nevada, New Jersey, New Mexico, New York, North Carolina, North Dakota, Oklahoma, Oregon, Pennsylvania, Rhode Island, Tennessee, Utah, Virginia and Washington .

We're looking for motivated executive professionals to join our highly successful sales team. Using a CRM, our Remote NIL Directors call out to assigned student-athlete leads, tell the student / parent and high school contact about the current NIL opportunities and secure their commitment (via a BigNIL Deal).

Our NIL Directors provide all of the necessary information for student / parent and high school contact to make a timely decision on signing with BigNIL.

Qualifications :

  • Must be at least 21 years of age
  • 2+ years of experience in sales, preferably in the call center environment or in-home sales preferred
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Excellent sales and negotiation skills
  • Energetic Attitude willing to learn, grow and drive sales
  • Experience with customer relationship management (CRM) software is a plus
  • Self-motivated and able to work remotely AND independently
  • Must be comfortable and ready to assume a 100% performance based compensation after an initial paid training and introductory period.
  • Attend regular 30 to 60-minute "Start of the Day" sales / team meetings paid at $25 per meeting (Weekly Base)

What We Require & Position Expectation Highlight :

  • DEMONSTRATED HIGH EARNINGS IN A COMMISSIONED / PERMFORMANCE-BASED ROLE. Experience in any field of commissioned sales (booth sales, sponsorship sales, card processing, pest control, roofing, cars, etc.) is essential.
  • DEMONSTRATED EXPERIENCE AS A STRONG To be considered, you must have successful sales experience in commissioned sales.
  • No website sales experience is required.
  • Must be an articulate communicator. Every appointment you run is with a business owner; they like to deal with people who are high-speed.
  • We require you to keep 13 to 20 phone appointments per day and make 40 to 70 follow-up calls per day. These appointments may be preset for you by your sales support team, but you've got to run the appointments (by phone).
  • Secure 20 Success Stories Daily : With your skills, turning at least 5-10 calls into 20+ deals is not just a target; it's an expectation!

Commitment to Your Shift :

  • Our expectation is for you to dedicate a full 6 to 8-hour day, respecting your assigned shift. During these 6 to 8- hours, maintaining a 75% active rate is crucial for success.
  • What does this mean? You should be either on a call or ready to take one, actively engaged for at least 75% of your shift time.

This active time is a blend of being on calls and being available to receive them, ensuring that you're always ready to assist those in need of credit solutions.

Minimal Tech Requirement :

  • Wired Internet Connection : For stable and uninterrupted connectivity.
  • 8 GB RAM / 12 GB RAM : 8GB minimum is required to run on our platforms / programs
  • Wired Headset : Ensures a more reliable audio transmission in comparison to wireless headsets.
  • Noise-free work environment : Free of disruptions for professional call handling.
  • Dual Monitors : For efficient multitasking and easier navigation.
  • No Chromebooks, tablets, android devices, phones, netbooks or similar.

Job Type : Full-time

Pay : Potential Earnings of $70,000.00 - $250,000.00 per year

Schedule :

  • 6 to 8-hour shift, minimum of 3-Days a Week (M-Tu-W-Th or Fri)
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday
  • Some nights and weekends based on your sales / appointment needs
