License Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN or LPN) Compensation
- The pay for this position is $30.41 per hour.
- Benefits are available to full-time employees after 90 days of employment.
- A 401(k) with a company match is available for full-time employees with 1 year of service on our eligibility dates.
License Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN or LPN) Highlights
- This position is a contract assignment with potential to hire on permanently based upon attendance, performance, and business needs.
- The required availability for this position is 3x10 hours shifts during the week plus both day every other weekend.
License Practical Nurse / Licensed Vocation Nurse (LVN or LPN) Responsibilities
Provide holistic, evidenced-based care inclusive of accurate assessment, diagnosis, treatment, management of health problems, health counseling, and disposition planning for our patients.
This includes education and treatment for pregnancy prevention, sexually transmitted infection (STI) Prevention and safer sex practices.
- Perform phlebotomy and specimen collection services.
- Administer immunizations and injections (to include but not limited to COVID19, influenza, TB) and provides evidence-based patient / parent vaccine counseling and education.
- Assess patients during intake.
- Take vital signs.
- Perform diagnostic tests such as EKG, Retinopathy screening.
- Perform Point of care testing (including COVID testing)
- Perform patient registration and intake, assist with wait room management and other responsibilities to enhance the patient experience.
- Order equipment and prepare the clinic for the best patient experience.
