Construction & Realty Services Group, hereafter referred to as CRSG, is a construction management firm with several niche construction services provided under its extensive portfolio.

CRSG is known to the public under its operational entities such as Domani Inspections, Domani Consulting, Construction Realty Safety Group, and plenty others.

The employer provides administrative services to these B2B Companies such as Payroll, Billing, Accounts Payable, Analysis, Marketing, and IT.

CRSG is an employer of about 50 administrative employees and 400-500 employees including its collective entities. Spread among several offices in both Midtown Manhattan & Southern Nassau County Long Island, you will be joining an organization of hardworking individuals focused on providing the best support services possible to our operations and, ultimately, our clientele.

Summary Objective :

As Business Analyst, you will be encouraged to first learn the operations and administration and then respectively challenge the status-quo.

In this role you will be responsible for bridging the gap between our operations, finance team, and IT to deliver recommendations and reports to, first and foremost, your managing supervisor, and then eventually to management staff.

The goal of the department is to ensure metrics are recorded frequently and used to explain past financials and encourage better fiscal performance in the future.

Job Responsibilities :

• Create detailed business analyses including but not limited to outlining problems, opportunities, and solutions.
• Develop & maintain budgeting and forecasting mechanisms.
• Develop further & monitoring existing metrics for inconsistencies or possible cases of concern.
• Variance Analysis of current revenue and net incomes compared to previous periods and forecasts of the future.
• Identify issues or risks.
• Maintain financial security by following internal controls.

Qualifications :

• Qualifying degree (Bachelors or Masters) in Finance, Economics, Accounting, or Related Field
• Business or Construction Related Degree required
