- Pay ranges from $40-46 hourly, DOE
- Part time Afternoon schedule- Monday-Friday 3pm-6 / 7pm

Responsibilities
- Provides skilled speech therapy treatment plans in accordance with physician orders and by assessing and interpreting evaluations and test results of patients.
- Assures continuation of therapeutic plan following discharge by designing home exercise programs; instructing patients, recommending and / or providing assistive equipment / follow up programs.
- Promptly and thoroughly documents and maintains clinical and administrative records regarding patient limitations / interventions, treatments, responses and progress to administered therapy as well as discharge summaries.
- Maintains patient records confidentially.
- Records treatment charges daily and completes documentation in accurate and timely manner.
- Complies with the applicable State Speech Therapy Practice Act, codes and regulations
Qualifications
Graduate from an ASHA accredited Speech Therapy program
- Current State Speech Therapist license
- Certificate of Clinical Competence from ASHA
- Current CPR certification
- Efficient problem-solving skills
- Exceptional communication skills and time management skills
- Must keep best interest of the client and family at the forefront of all activities
- Collaborative nature
