About The Position
Job Title : Physical Therapist Job Specialty : Therapy / Rehabilitation Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day 5x8-Hour (08 : 00 - 16 : 30) Guaranteed Hours : Not specified Experience : Must have acute care experience License : Valid KY or compact license Certifications : AHA certifications required Must-Have : Experience with Meditech electronic medical records Job Description : Provide high-quality care to patients in both acute care and outpatient settings.
- Collaborate with a team of healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans.- Evaluate and document patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary.
- Adhere to hospital policies and procedures regarding patient care and safety.- Participate in required orientation and training sessions.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge in the field of physical therapy.- Be able to work efficiently in a fast-paced hospital environment.
- Ensure all requested days off (RTO) are submitted at the time of application. Additional Information : Candidates must reside outside a 65-mile radius from the hospital.
- First-time travelers are not accepted for this position.- Flu vaccine is required; exemptions and declinations allowed.
