Job Title : Scrum Master(multiple openings)

Job Location : Riverwoods, IL

Job Type : Full Time

Duties : Responsible for facilitating all Scrum ceremonies, such as Daily Standup, Sprint Planning, Sprint Review and Sprint Retro, in addition to collecting and providing relevant data and metrics.

Act as Servant Leader. Telecommuting and / or working from home may be permissible pursuant to company policies.

Requirements : Employer will accept a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Technology Management, Computer Engineer or related field and 4 years of experience in the job offered or in a Scrum-related occupation.

• Position required skills : Position requires 4 years of experience in : collecting and analyzing data and presenting results to management;
• building metrics dashboards based on report requirements; ensuring projects adhere to Agile principles; mentoring Scrum ceremonies;

and utilizing agile and scrum methodologies, SQL, MS Office, Power BI, Tableau, and Webservices.

Position eligible for incentives under Employee Referral Program

Rate of Pay : The base pay for this position generally ranges between $104,021 to $127,900. Additional incentives may be provided as part of a market competitive total compensation package.

Factors, such as but not limited to, geographical location, relevant experience, education, and skill level may impact the pay for this position.
