Keystones Mac Shack is now hiring Managers In Training (MITs) as we prepare for expansion this summer. We are looking for charismatic personalities who love to be in front of guests and will work hard alongside their team every single day.
This is not an office management position. Our managers lead by example, set the tone for each shift, and have fun!
Mac Shacks leadership training will give you valuable experience to prepare you for an exciting future as a General Manager to lead your own Mac Shack restaurant with confidence and success.
An extension of Keystone Bar & Grill, Mac Shack is a fast-casual restaurant established in 2016 by 4 Entertainment Group (4EG).
Keystones Mac Shack is known as THE place for mac & cheese, famous among University of Cincinnati students and throughout the Cincinnati region.
Our chef-curated menu of Americans favorite comfort food features eight unique mac and cheese varieties always made fresh to order.
Mac Shack is ready to grow and become the king of mac & cheese. Our expansion will bring us to more college campuses across Ohio, Kentucky, Indiana and more! We are looking for MITs who are willing to train in Cincinnati now, and then relocate, as early as this summer, or remain in Cincinnati.

Education and Experience Required
- Bachelors Degree in hospitality management, business, or other related area preferred. High school degree or equivalent required.
- Innate sense of hospitality and leadership
- 2-3 years of restaurant experience
- Industry certifications preferred (ServSafe, Person-in-Charge, etc.), however if you dont have them, we will include these as part of your MIT program.
