Key Qualifications :

• Certified Public Accountant (CPA)designation is required.
• Provenmanagement experiencewith the ability to lead and mentor accounting teams.
• A strong background in bothpublic and private accountingsectors.
• Expertise in financial reporting, compliance, and analysis.
• Proficiency inERP,SQL,Power BI, andPower Automateis highly desirable.
• Excellent communication skills with a knack for efficient and concise reporting.

Responsibilities :

• Oversee daily operations of the accounting department.
• Lead month-end and year-end close processes.
• Ensure quality control over financial transactions and reporting.
• Manage and comply with local, state, and federal government reporting requirements and tax filings.
• Develop business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls.
