Pricing Coordinator

Who you are :

We are recruiting Pricing Coordinators to work in the Florence, Kentucky headquarters. Candidates should possess a strong Customer Service mentality and ability to work with a high level of accuracy! Experience in pricing or billing, or knowledge of the Logistics and Transportation industry, are highly desired.

What you'll do :

• Accurately price customer invoices customer contract requirements and billing deadlines
• Communication with other departments, as needed, for clarification on job / cost specifics
• Manual invoice entry on select customer websites
• Monitor and correct billing rejections and declinations for select customers
• Assist with implementation and maintenance of auto-pricing program

Position Requirements (Knowledge, skills, abilities) :

• Data entry and computer proficiency
• Dependable
• Organizational skills and close attention to detail
• Strong communication skills
• Microsoft Excel skills are a plus, but not required
• Transportation industry experience is a plus, but not required
• High School Diploma or equivalent

Quality Standards :

• Thoroughness and accuracy is essential
• Ability to process high volume of pricing with minimal errors

Physical Demands :

The Pricing Coordinator will frequently sit for long periods of time using repetitive movements while using a computer, will need to be able to see details of objects and paperwork that are less than a few feet away, and be able to communicate with FYX personnel and customers via telephone and or email.

The Pricing Coordinator may also be asked to perform functions that require short distance to copier / printer / fax machine and filing cabinets and may need to squat, bend, or kneel to perform these functions.

Work Environment / Schedule :

• The work environment is in a professional office setting and is typically a 40-hour work week.
• Additional hours may be requested as volume demands.
• Fast-paced and deadline-oriented.
• Work is usually time-sensitive and needs to be processed in a timely manner.
