What's the opportunity?

As the Senior Brand Marketing Manager, you will help bring our paid brand programs to life to tell the Intercom story globally.

From high-level campaign strategy to the nitty gritty launch details to performance reporting, you’ll lead the charge in developing integrated campaigns across all marketing channels.

You’ll partner closely with Product Marketing, Demand Gen and our in-house Brand Studio, as well as external agencies, to generate campaign strategies, messages and executions.

The qualified candidate will be a driven and creative brand marketer with a successful track record of building impactful brand marketing campaigns that resonate with their target audiences and drive business goals.

Reporting directly to the Director of Brand Marketing, the Senior Brand Marketing Manager must be strategic, collaborative, organized and analytical with experience across creative strategy, media strategy and integrated campaign execution.

What will I be doing?

  • Lead the execution of brand marketing campaigns to drive brand awareness and preference, from insight identification, brief creation, planning, creative development and launch
  • Work with internal and external media partners to develop media strategies across the full funnel
  • Work closely with internal creative teams and agencies to drive creative development and ensure the brand comes to life in the best way for each content type and channel to achieve brand goals
  • Collaborate with product marketing, content marketing, field marketing and demand generation teams to drive key campaigns and ensure cohesive brand messaging and alignment of initiatives.
  • Synthesize data and analytics to measure campaign effectiveness, gain insights and optimize campaigns for better performance
  • Build and maintain brand marketing calendar ensuring close alignment and coordination with various brand and demand generation team

What skills do I need?

  • 7+ years of experience in brand marketing, ideally half of which has been in a B2B SaaS environment.
  • Understanding of SaaS business models and funnels, particularly those with self-serve engines
  • Demonstrated expertise in driving large scale integrated brand awareness campaigns
  • Experience in guiding multi-disciplinary and cross-functional marketing teams for campaign execution
  • A proven track record in creating innovative and targeted brand campaigns and programs that generate measurable results.
  • High familiarity of cultural marketing trends in creative, media, digital and social
  • Thrive in a fast moving growth stage environment and comfortable operating with ambiguity
  • Proven ability to strategically plan, create and implement marketing plans and brand creative briefs.
  • Experience with helping to develop campaign measurement metrics.
  • Must be able to collaborate with multiple internal teams to achieve brand objectives.

The base salary range for candidates within the San Francisco Bay Area is $152,625 - $177,375. Actual base pay will depend on a variety of factors such as education, skills, experience, location, etc.

The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. All regular employees may also be eligible for the corporate bonus program or a sales incentive (target included in OTE) as well as stock in the form of Restricted Stock Units (RSUs).
