Civil Project Manager / Estimator

Position : Project Manager / Estimator

Job Summary : GPAC, in partnership with a leading firm, is seeking a detail-oriented and experienced Project Manager / Estimator.

The successful candidate will oversee Civil work with a focus on Sewer and ideally Road Tunneling, ensuring projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Key Responsibilities :

• Oversee and manage all aspects of Civil projects, including Sewer and Road Tunneling (Directional Drilling & Horizontal Drilling).
• Develop and maintain project budgets, schedules, and plans.
• Estimate project costs, including labor, materials, and equipment.
• Prepare and review project proposals, contracts, and change orders.
• Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and clients to ensure project specifications are met.
• Monitor project progress and make adjustments as necessary to ensure successful completion.
• Conduct site visits and inspections to ensure work is performed according to specifications and safety standards.
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation to stakeholders.

Qualifications :

• Proven experience in Project Management and Estimation within Civil work, specifically in Sewer and Road Tunneling.
• Strong knowledge of Directional Drilling and Horizontal Drilling techniques.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and communication skills.
• Proficiency in project management software and estimating tools.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
• PMP or similar certification is a plus.

Compensation :

• Base Salary : $130k (negotiable based on experience)
• No out-of-pocket / co-payment (Highest level BCBS benefits)
