Job Summary : The Director of Sales - Aerospace will be responsible for leading our sales efforts within the aerospace sector.
This strategic leadership role requires a seasoned professional with a proven track record of success in sales management, deep industry knowledge, and exceptional leadership skills.
The successful candidate will play a pivotal role in developing and executing sales strategies, cultivating key relationships, and driving revenue growth.
Key Responsibilities :

- Lead and mentor a high-performing sales team, providing guidance, coaching, and support to drive results.

Qualifications :
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field; MBA preferred.
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in sales leadership roles within the aerospace industry (PW).
- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets in a competitive market environment.
- Deep understanding of aerospace products, services, technologies, and customer needs.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire, motivate, and develop a high-performing sales team.
