Ascension Global Staffing is seeking a highly motivated and skilled Personal Injury Attorney with 1-3 years of experience to join our client's legal team.

The ideal candidate should have a solid foundation in personal injury law and possess strong analytical, research, and negotiation skills.

The successful candidate will work closely with our senior attorneys and support staff to handle a wide range of personal injury cases.

Responsibilities :

• Conduct initial case assessments to determine the viability of personal injury claims.
• Gather and evaluate evidence, including medical records, police reports, and witness statements, to build a strong case.
• Conduct legal research to support the development of case strategies and stay up-to-date with relevant laws and regulations.
• Draft legal documents, including complaints, motions, and briefs, and ensure their accuracy and adherence to legal guidelines.
• Represent clients in negotiations with insurance companies, opposing counsel, and mediation or settlement conferences.
• Prepare clients for depositions, hearings, and trials, and provide legal advice and guidance throughout the litigation process.
• Collaborate with experts, such as medical professionals or accident reconstruction specialists, to strengthen case arguments.
• Maintain accurate and detailed case records and ensure all deadlines and court requirements are met.
• Stay current on developments in personal injury law and attend continuing legal education (CLE) courses as required.
• Provide exceptional client service by promptly responding to client inquiries and concerns and keeping them informed about case progress.

Qualifications :

• Juris Doctor (JD) degree from an accredited law school and active membership in the state bar association.
• Active license to practice law in Florida.
• 1-3 years of experience practicing personal injury law, preferably at a reputable law firm.
• Strong knowledge of personal injury laws, regulations, and procedures.
• Excellent analytical, research, and problem-solving skills.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to articulate complex legal concepts to clients and other stakeholders.
• Strong negotiation and persuasion abilities to advocate effectively for clients.
• Detail-oriented and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple cases simultaneously and meet deadlines.
• Proficient in legal research tools and software.
• Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively as part of a team.
• A passion for helping injured individuals seek justice and fair compensation.
