Tricentis SAP QA Tool Admin - Tosca / LiveCompare

About the role

As a Tricentis SAP QA Tool Admin – Tosca / LiveCompare , you will make an impact by managing and optimizing the suite of quality assurance tools used across SAP and non-SAP projects. You will be a valued member of the Quality Engineering team and work collaboratively with development, DevOps, and product teams to ensure seamless testing operations and tool integrations.

Responsibilities

• Administer and maintain QA tools including Tosca, Tosca DEX, Tosca Vision AI, qTest, NeoLoad, and LiveCompare.
• Support tool integrations, external data sources, and workspace configurations.
• Monitor system performance, troubleshoot issues, and manage patches / upgrades.
• Manage user roles, permissions, and access controls across platforms.
• Ensure platform security, compliance, and audit readiness.
• Document configurations and support onboarding of technical users.
• Create reports and dashboards for stakeholders.
• Maintain test evidence and documentation in Confluence, SharePoint, and Tricentis Support Portal.
• Coordinate test activities and contribute to continuous improvement in test strategy and automation frameworks.
• Design, develop, and execute automated test cases using Tricentis Tosca.
• Support service management and defect tracking via ServiceNow.

Salary and Other Compensation

Applications will be accepted until October 10th, 2025.

The annual salary for this position is between $95,850 to $152,000 depending on experience and other qualifications of the successful candidate.

This position is also eligible for Cognizant's discretionary annual incentive program, based on performance and subject to the terms of Cognizant's applicable plans.
