About The Position

A hospital is seeking a vascular / interventional radiologist for locum tenens coverage.

The Nevada Museum of Art is just the thing to do while off-duty. There is something for everyone in Reno, Nevada.

The schedule is Sunday - Saturday from 7am - 4pm. There will be 90% IR and 10% Diagnostic. The IR physician needs to be comfortable with arterial and venous interventions, including vascular access, pulmonary angiography, GI bleed embolization, uterine artery embolization, DVT / PE thrombectomy, and occasional fistulagrams, CT guided biopsy, abscess drain, paracentesis / thoracentesis, nephrostomy tubes, chest tubes, cholecystostomy tubes, biliary drains etc.

Dates Needed : August 2024 - August 2025 2 weeks per month

Call Ratio / Schedule : 2 weeks per month

Case Load / PPD : 50 RVUs
