About The Position
Job Title : Rehabilitation Therapist Job Specialty : Occupational Therapist Job Duration : 13 weeks Shift : Day Shift, Monday to Friday Guaranteed Hours : 32 hours per week Experience : Rehabilitation Optima experience preferred License : Occupational Therapy License Certifications : Appropriate certifications required for Occupational Therapy Must-Have : Ability to maintain 90% productivity Job Description : Perform comprehensive assessments of patients' needs and develop personalized treatment plans.
- Implement occupational therapy interventions to enhance patients' functional abilities.- Collaborate effectively with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the best outcomes for patients.
- Maintain detailed and accurate patient records as required by departmental policies.- Provide education and guidance to patients and their families regarding therapy plans and goals.
- Adapt treatment plans based on patient progress and changing needs.- Ensure compliance with all regulatory and licensing requirements for the practice of occupational therapy.
- Address patient needs promptly and demonstrate flexibility in handling various cases.- Participate in continued professional development to keep abreast of the latest practices in occupational therapy.
