We are currently looking for per diem Social Workers to join our team. The Social Worker provides Social Work Services and Case Management on a designated unit in a manner consistent with the philosophy and objectives of Fairmount Behavioral Health System, the NASW and if licensed, the licensing board of Pennsylvania.
This individual is responsible for psychosocial assessments, individual, group and family therapy, participation in treatment team planning, processing commitments, discharge planning / case management service, crisis intervention and liaison services with referral sources and other departments within the hospital.

Qualifications Masters’ degree in Social Work / Counseling required. Prior experience working with a psychiatric behavioral health population preferred.
Prior experience in providing group / individual therapy sessions preferred. Prior experience with adolescents and behavioral health inpatient experience preferred. PA License preferred.
