Speech Language Pathologist (SLP)
Salary : $80-$100k / yr BOE
Schedule : Full time M-F Flexible hours
part-time and PRN opportunities are also available)
Location : Dayton, Ohio (surrounding areas)
Requirements of the SLP role :
- Licensed SLP
- CPR / BLS Certified
- Must be willing to travel
- Valid Drivers License and Auto insurance Coverage
- Reliable transportation
- Home health experience preferred
About the Speech Language Pathologist ro le :
- Perform treatment visits, 30-day reassessment visits, recertifications, and discharges.
- Travel to a facility, or residential location to conduct patient care.
- Complete subsequent follow-up visits.
- Maintain a weekly caseload of 27-32 visits (full-time)
- Utilize a universal electronic documentation system.
- Maintains positive relationships and rapport with coworkers, supervisors, clients, family members, community personnel, and administration.
