Position Summary

Through financial grants and direct action, we support Youth Nutrition by helping schools serve wholesome, nourishing, minimally processed food to students;
Youth Movement by championing physical movement programs that get children active and excited to move for life; and a Healthy Planet by supporting forestation and conservation initiatives, so everyone can live healthy, happy lives.
Unlike many other charitable organizations in which a portion of donations is consumed by administrative costs, % of every dollar donated to Life Time Foundation directly supports our mission because all administrative costs are contributed by Life Time, Inc.

Grant Program Administration
- Collaborates with Sr. Program Manager to plan and manage Youth Nutrition, Youth Movement and Healthy Planet program strategy
- Administer the full lifecycle of grant management, including application, funding, compliance, and reporting.
- Manages grant management system (Salesforce) and maintains accurate records of grant applications, contracts, and reports
- Provides exceptional guidance and support to grant applicants and recipients (schools, local and national non-profit organizations)
Project Management : Club Giving and Team Member Engagement
- Leads Life Time club-centered program to support club communities across the country.
- Manages related grant efforts and provides guidance on funding criteria, partner outreach, and grant processing.
- Provides support for Life Time Team Member activation opportunities with Foundation programmatic partners (i.e. tree planting events and / or opportunities to inspire children to live healthy, active lives).
Support to Program Team
- Assists with Youth Nutrition pillar with related administrative tasks to support school food professionals across the country in the elimination of ingredients of concern from school meals
- Supports Program team with conferences and events by preparing and shipping necessary materials and resources, coordinating logistics, communicating with participants, note-taking, and attending meetings as needed
- Travel to conference and events across the U.S. to support the Foundation’s mission
Other Administration & Organizational Responsibilities
- Manages mail and email correspondence for Life Time Foundation as it relates to program initiatives
- Creates and edit documents as needed
- Other programmatic, project and operational duties as needed
Minimum Required Qualifications
- Passion for the Life Time Foundation mission to inspire Healthy People, Healthy Planet and a Healthy Way of Life, and deep connection with the Foundation’s values

- Demonstrated excellence in relationship management and interpersonal skills : the ability to earn trust and work effectively with grantees and staff;

- Responsive and committed to follow-through in a fast paced and rapidly moving environment
- Committed to excellence, friendly and self-motivated attitude, highly organized, detail-oriented, and collaborative professional
- Excellent written and oral communication skills
- Ability to work independently with minimal guidance and as part of a team
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects at once in an entrepreneurial, collaborative environment
- Experience managing volunteers
- Proficiency in Salesforce or other grant management tools, Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint)
- Willingness to engage in continuous learning and training
- Ability to travel. Occasional evenings and weekends may be required with advance notice.
- Ability to lift objects up to 25 lbs. such as boxes with marketing materials and other equipment.

Education :
College degree or equivalent experience welcomed
Years of Experience :
- 3+ years of experience in K-12 public education systems or the non-profit sector
- 3+ years of grants management experience
- 3+ years of project or program management experience
