Maintenance Technician

Hello, my name is Daniel, and I am a recruiter with Kelly Services. One of our prominent clients is seeking a Maintenace Technician in Hayward, CA.

Responsibilities :

• Perform routine maintenance and upgrades to the building and grounds as required to ensure compliance with specifications
• Perform electrical (120V, 208V : 3-phase, 480v : 3-phase) and HVAC work. HVAC work will include cooling / refrigeration system maintenance
• Provide support to ensure pest control and building security requirements are maintained.
• Performed assigned preventive maintenance tasks as scheduled to ensure reliability of equipment and compliance with specifications

Qualifications :

• Ability to apply common sense understanding to carry out instructions furnished in written, oral, or diagram form.
• 3-5 years of mechanical systems repair is desired.

Important information :

• Schedule : Mon-Fri with possible weekend and daily OT work. 8 : 30 am 5 : 00 pm.
• Pay Rate - $38 / hr
