Job Title : Customer Service Representative
Pay Range : $40k-$55k
Day-to-day Role :
- Maintain Customer Accounts.
- Take customer orders either directly from customers or from sales representatives.
- Use software to provide order estimates, enter orders, maintain order backlog, and customer product inventory.
- Handle customer / salesmen inquiries, questions, and complaints; provide timely follow-up.
- Maintain positive customer, vendor, and coworker relationships.
- Assist all departments in the successful completion of customer orders.
- Sales order entry.
- Expediting orders.
- Maintain inventory levels; minimum and maximums.
- Credit verification when prompted by the system.
Qualifications :
- High School Diploma or GED.
- 3+ years’ of experience in a Customer Service role.
- 1+ year working in a manufacturing environment.
- Demonstrated organizational, time management, and prioritization skills.
- Proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
