Job Summary & Qualifications

  • You will perform routine maintenance and light repairs in areas including plumbing, medical gas, doors and hardware, electrical, nurse call and HVAC systems.
  • You will operate building automation systems.
  • You will ensure the operation of fixed plant equipment by performing daily building and equipment checks and recording status of equipment.
  • You will respond to building system casualties and fire alarms and take immediate action to restore services.
  • You will install and / or change out appliances and wall hangings.
  • You are responsible for scheduled preventative maintenance on building systems.
  • You will assist in controlling and maintaining the materials inventory.
  • Qualifications

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Current driver's license required; CFC certification, backflow certification, and specific equipment / systems training preferred.
  • Minimum 3 years maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency with hand and power tools and test equipment.
  • Good communication and prioritization skills.
