One of our gaming startup clients is seeking a Staff Data Engineer to serve as a subject-matter expert and lead the expansion of their data engineering and analytics division.
This role involves designing, developing, and maintaining robust data pipelines and infrastructure for a product that leverages real-time gaming analytics to enhance gamers experiences and performance.

Requirements :
- 5+ years of experience in data engineering.
- Demonstrated experience in the mobile or console gaming industry and a passion for understanding player behavior within game.
- Proven experience with Airflow, DBT, and Databricks is required.
- Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Scala, or Java.
- Strong knowledge of SQL and experience with relational databases and data warehousing solutions.
- Expertise in designing and optimizing ETL processes and data workflows.
- Experience with cloud platforms (e. g., AWS, Azure, GCP) and big data technologies (e. g., Spark, Hadoop).
- Experience with data visualization tools (e. g., Tableau, Power BI) and A / B testing methodologies.
- Bachelors or Master's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.
