- Job Description Handle construction defect litigation matters from inception through trial with minimal supervision* Conduct discovery, site inspections, issue analysis, depositions, and settlement negotiations* Retain and work with expert witnesses for expert discovery* Independently manage court appearances, depositions, and hearings* Collaborate with a team to achieve client and firm goals Qualifications :
