As a Regional Sales Specialist here at Honeywell, you willplay a crucial role in driving sales and revenue growth in your assignedregion.
You will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities,building and maintaining relationships with customers, and achieving salestargets.

The Regional Sales Specialist (RSS) is responsible forsupporting our Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM) and value-added resellers (VARs)in the Mid-West region, which include Minnesota, North and South Dakota, Wyoming, Colorado, Iowa, Nebraska, Missouri, Kansas, and Arkansas.
This includes providing quotes for new and existing systems, systemsupport and software upgrade renewals (SUSP), maintaining data integrity andreporting, creating sales collateral, and promoting new product introductionsto LenelS2 customers.

LenelS2is a leading provider of heating,ventilating, air conditioning and refrigeration systems, building controls andautomation, and fire and security systems leading to safer, smarter, sustainable,and high-performance buildings.
You will report directly to our Sales Managerand you’ll work remotely. This rolerequires a combination of remote and on-site work, as you will be required totravel to meet with clients and attend industry events.
In this role, you willimpact the growth and success of Honeywell by driving sales and expanding ourcustomer base in the region.
You will have the opportunity to work closely withcross-functional teams to develop and implement effective sales strategies.
The annual base salaryrange for this position in California and New York (excluding most majormetropolitan areas), Colorado, Connecticut, and Hawaii is $50,000 - $60,000.
For Washington and most majormetropolitan areas in New York & California, the annual base salary rangeis $60,000-$70,000.
Please note that this salary information serves as ageneral guideline. Honeywell considers various factors when extending an offer,including but not limited to the scope and responsibilities of the position,the candidate's work experience, education and training, key skills, as well asmarket and business considerations.
This position is incentive plan eligible.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Collaborate with teammates on all opportunities within specific territory and region as defined above
- Deliver on financial objectives in conjunction with Regional Sales Manager’s (RSM)
- Partner to execute on sales action plans to execute on company strategy effectively and efficiently
- Provide active participation in sales activities required to achieve business success
- Develop key sales competencies as required to maximize success, including but not limited to prospecting, lead generation, influencing, business acumen and business judgment
- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potentialcustomers
- Achieve sales targets and contribute to revenue growth
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop and implement salesstrategies
- Stay updated on industry trends and competitor activities
- Provide regular sales reports and forecasts to management
- Travel up to 45%
YOU MUST HAVE
- 3+ years of experience in sales or businessdevelopment
- Proven track record of achieving sales targets
- Strongcommunication and negotiation skills
- Excellent relationship-buildingabilities

- Knowledge of softw3are-based products
