Aboutthe position : The Front Desk Associate is a friendly andnurturing presence in our store. Your will support our clients whoare going through a scary time of their life.
You will provideguidance empathy and customer support to them as they look to ourproducts as a last resort to the disease they are fighting.
Youwill handle transactions update inventory be knowledgeable aboutour products so you can answer any question the customer / client mayhave.
MainResponsibilities : ( Additional daytoday taskswill be discussed during the interviewprocess. )
- Provideappropriate literature and verbal introduction to NuSpecies to newcustomers entering thestore
- Processpurchase / return / exchange transactions in store. Provide accuratechange for cashtransactions
- Packagecorrect products forcustomers
- Placeorders for shipping or pickup over thephone
- Open / Closethe cash register Balance thetill
- Timelyanswer incoming calls immediately return missed calls and makeoutbound calls to clients using our onlinebased phonesystem
- Openand Close NuSpecies retailstores
- Maintaincleanliness of the store and individual workareas
- Maintainstore inventory : perform weekly counts report discrepancies andavoidlosses.
- Maintainaccurate transactions and clientrecords
- Ensureclient information is up to date comprehensive and in sync acrossall NuSpeciessystems
- Beknowledgeable of participate in and promote NuSpecies marketing andadvertising efforts in store toclients.
- Maintaina working knowledge of product codes and types company returnpolicies and current coupons and promotions to ensure clients paythe correct amounts forproducts
- Coordinatewith other team members and management via Google Chat Email andHubSpot (CRM) to ensure clients get the support that they need fromsales and support staff.
For example scheduling appointmentspassing along a message to their consultant and directing questionsto the rightperson
