Position : Pediatric Speech Therapist (Day Care)

About the Role
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated individual to join our team as a Pediatric Speech Therapist in a day care setting.

Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations to assess and diagnose communication disorders
- Create personalized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each patient
- Deliver individualized therapy sessions using evidence-based techniques
- Regularly monitor and evaluate progress, making necessary adjustments to treatment plans
- Educate patients, families, and caregivers on strategies to improve communication and swallowing skills
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of healthcare professionals to ensure holistic care
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of patient assessments, treatment plans, and progress
Qualifications
To be considered for this role, you must meet the following qualifications :
- Hold a valid and current SLP certificate on or before the first day of employment
- Possess CPR certification, TB skin test, Auto Insurance, and a valid Driver's License
- Minimum requirement : Associate degree or graduation from a Speech-Language Pathology assistant certificate program
- Experience in pediatric speech therapy is preferred, but not required
