Job Details

Schedule : Monday to Friday, 8 : 30 AM to 5 : 00 PM
Responsibilities :
- Evaluate patient conditions and develop individualized treatment plans.
- Document patient progress and modify treatment plans as necessary.
Requirements :
- Some experience in home health or travel physical therapy.
- Current license to practice as a Physical Therapist in California.
