Administer treatments according to established protocols, ensuring client safety, satisfaction, and adherence to industry standards. Educate patients on pre- and post-treatment care, expectations, and potential side effects to ensure a positive overall experience. Ensure proper functioning of company equipment, perform routine maintenance, and coordinate with relevant parties for necessary repairs. Accurately document patient information, treatment details, and follow-up notes in electronic records. Follow all relevant health and safety regulations, maintaining a clean and organized workspace. Keep up-to-date with the latest trends and advancements in aesthetics and skincare. Work collaboratively with other team members to ensure a seamless client experience. Experience : Proven experience as a Cosmetic Technician or in similar procedures. Laser license required. Excellent verbal communication skills to interact effectively with clients and team members. High ethical standards, maintaining confidentiality and professionalism at all times. A commitment to delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring client satisfaction. Position Summary :
- The Medical Aesthetician performs high-quality aesthetic services, including but not limited to facials, dermaplaning, medical-grade chemical peels, and non-ablative laser skin treatments.
- The ideal candidate must possess a strong marketing background and a proven sales record.
- Exemplary consultation skills are required, with a strong client-focused approach.
- Experience in a medical setting, preferably dermatology or plastic surgery, is a plus.
