Patient Account Representative

A company is looking for a Patient Account Representative - Remote.

Key Responsibilities

Research and resolve uncollected account balances by contacting payors and patients

Document account actions and maintain productivity goals while ensuring compliance with regulations

Assist with special projects and communicate any issues regarding account workflows or delays

Required Qualifications

High School diploma or equivalent; some college coursework in business administration or accounting preferred

1-4 years of medical claims and / or hospital collections experience

Basic computer skills and ability to navigate patient accounting applications

Intermediate skill in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel)

Minimum typing speed of 45 wpm
