Start 1 / 8 / 24 Ongoing Need* Schedule : 12-hour shifts, Monday - Friday (7a-7p)* Providers considered that do not have a SC license* Amount of Coverage Needed per Month : Weekly / Full Time* Department Description : Bariatric cases, general surgery, orthopedics, urology, GI and OB.

ACT model with no regional being performed by CRNA's. Approximately 45-60 daily. Case Load : 7 ORs (at primary site) 97% : Adults, 2% Peds, 1% Neo, 50% General, 20% Bariatric, 5% Neuro.

7 OR main hospital with 4 OR on-site surgery center, ability to travel to other Prisma facilities in the area. Mostly General, Ortho, Sports medicine, and Spines.

No hearts no heads with mostly adult population. At the surgery center it will Ortho and Plastics. Supervision model 4 : 1 model.

• Approximately 30 cases daily (between main OR and surgery center)* ASA 2-36 percent of cases, ASA 3-52 percent.* Range of ages, very minimal pediatrics.
• 7 OR main hospital with 4 OR on-site surgery center, ability to travel to other Prisma facilities in the Columbia area.
