Architect - Project Manager

We’re looking for someone to take full ownership of commerical and residential multi-family projects from conception through completion.

Key Responsibilities :
- The primary responsibility will be to oversee various commerical and multi-family projects, including the design, scope, timeline, budgeting, scheduling, management, and execution.
- Maintain effective communication between clients, consultants, contractors, and designers.
- Act as the main point of contact between ownership and clients.
Qualifications :
- Architect License is preferred.
- 5+ years of demonstrated experience delivering projects on time successfully.
- Strong track-record of project management form conception through completion.
- Experience collaborating with outside consultants.
- Proficiency with Revit and AutoCAD.
- Effective communicator with natural charisma and an innate ability to lead!
