Hourly Rates : $34 - $38 per hour depending on experience

We are a local leader in Health Care and we are seeking a dynamic Registered Nurse (RN) to work as the In-Home Support Services (IHSS) Registered Nurse (RN) in the specialty area of Pediatrics and Adults.

As a IHSS Registered Nurse (RN), here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do :

• Complete initial and ongoing comprehensive assessments.
• Evaluate and develop plan of care for patient.
• Counsel and educate the patient and family in meeting healthcare / nursing and related needs.
• Supervise IHSS staff.
• Contribute to the effective implementation of company programs and services.
• Administer skills validation tests and provide training as needed.
• Provide a professional, respectful, and compassionate experience of care to all patients.

A few must-haves for our IHSS Registered Nurse (RN) :

• Current Registered Nurse (RN) license that is active in Colorado.
• CPR Certification (demonstration course required)
• Pass a background check and drug test (we are required to test for THC)
• At least six (6) months of hands on clinical experience.
• Prefer at least two (2) years of Home Care experience and one (1) year of supervisory experience.
• Willing to travel to surrounding areas
• Able to work independently and provide effective communication to patient / family, team members, and other health care professionals.
