Better Living Senior Assistance an affiliate of Parx Home Care , a leading home care agency providing tailored home health care services in Sarasota county , is seeking a compassionate and experienced Home Health Aide to join our team.
As a Home Health Aide, you will be responsible for providing essential personal care services to our clients in the comfort of their own homes.

Responsibilities
- Assist clients with personal hygiene and grooming needs, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
- Administer medication and assist with medical equipment as needed.
- Provide companionship and conversation to clients, as well as assisting in meal planning and preparation.
- Monitor and report any changes in client's health or well-being to the supervising nurses.
- Assist with light housekeeping tasks, such as laundry and vacuuming.
- Provide transportation to clients as needed.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of client care and progress.
Requirements
- High school diploma or GED.
- Completion of a state-approved Home Health Aide training program.
- Current certification as a Home Health Aide.
- Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
- Must be able to pass a drug screening and background check.
- Ability to communicate effectively in written and verbal form.
- Ability to effectively manage time and prioritize tasks.
