Margaritaville Lake Resort, Lake Conroe Houston is a uniquely situated waterfront property offering 303 all-suite accommodations, extensive water and recreational activities including a three-acre waterpark and 80 boat slip marina, 72,000 square-feet of combined conference and meeting facilities, five unique Margaritaville restaurant and bar concepts, a large and luxurious on-site spa, tennis and pickleball courts, and an 18-hole waterfront golf course.
COME BE PART OF OUR CREW! BASIC FUNCTION : The Lifeguard is responsible for maintaining the safest standards possible at the pool area by enforcing all rules and regulations set forth by the property.
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS : Enforce all rules and regulations to maintain the safest pool area as possible. Monitor complete coverage of the pool area.
Apply and maintain lifeguarding skills as taught in the certification program and in-service training by Health and Fitness Supervisor.
Welcome guests and hand them towels. Ensure proper alignment of all pool furniture at all times. Restock clean towels and properly dispose of dirty towels.
Be aware of people entering pool area and make sure that they are property guests, VIP members or daily fee guests only.
Keep entire pool area free of trash and miscellaneous debris. Turn off waterslide at the end of the day and post all out of service signs.
Take out / put away all lifeguard items as necessary. Qualifications Seasonal Summer hire position (position ends 9 / 31 / 2024) Current lifeguard certification REQUIRED.
1 year experience as a lifeguard or instructor. Above average swimming skills. Above average interpersonal communication skills.
