Since 1988, we've set the standard in our industry and now, we're looking for a stellar Administrative Assistant to help us towards continued success.

Responsibilities :

  • Conduct customer interactions via phone, email, or in-person meetings to address inquiries and provide high-level support.
  • Meet customer needs and ensure satisfaction through proactive communication and timely resolution of issues.
  • Generate invoices, estimates, process payments, and assist with product / services expenses
  • Highlight product / service features and benefits, quote prices, discuss credit terms, and prepare sales order forms and reports.
  • Maintain regular contact with customers to build rapport and strengthen relationships.
  • Assist customers by answering questions, providing cost estimates / quotes, and relaying detailed messages.
  • Accurately enter customer data, maintain detailed notes, and update accounts / files as needed.
  • Coordinate communication and information flow with other departments to ensure seamless customer service.
  • Conduct outbound follow-up calls to existing clients to gather feedback and address any outstanding issues.

Qualifications and Preferred Skills :

  • Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Previous experience in sales and customer service preferred.
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized with excellent problem-solving skills.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
  • Knowledge of sales principles, methods, practices, and techniques.
  • Ability to identify problems and effectively resolve objections.
  • Ability to work both independently and collaboratively within a team environment.
  • Capacity to build and maintain long-lasting relationships with customers.
