Chief Financial Officer

A company is looking for a Chief Financial Officer who will set the financial strategy and provide leadership to the executive team.

Key Responsibilities

Lead financial strategy to align with company objectives and long-term growth

Oversee financial planning and reporting, including forecasting and budgeting

Ensure compliance with regulatory, tax, and audit requirements across global operations

Qualifications and Skills

Private Equity experience, MBA or CPA, Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field

10+ years of progressive finance leadership experience, with at least 3 years in a senior executive role

Proven track record in FP&A, treasury, investor relations, and compliance

Experience managing global, multi-currency operations

Deep experience in SaaS or technology-driven businesses
