A non-profit organization in St. Louis, MO is currently seeking a full-time, permanent LPN to join their team!Check out the details below :

Title : Licensed Practical Nurse LPN

Job Type : Permanent / Direct Hire

Setting : Long-term care

Location : St. Louis, MO

Schedule : Full-time Mon-Fri 3pm-11 : 30pm, weekends, holidays, on call as needed

Pay : Competitive based on experience. A full benefits package is included!

The LPN duties to include but not limited to :

• Process physician orders, administer medication, perform IV therapy intervention and document accurate and appropriate information in the medical record
• Collaborate with health professionals for patient care, update Plan of Care as pertinent to patient's health challenges
• Perform nutrition activities, enemas, ostomy care, and assist patients with activities of daily living

REQUIREMENTS :

• A clean, active MO / compact license as an LPN
• BLS / CPR required upon hire
• 1-2 years of IV experience required, LTC / psychiatric nursing experience a plus!
• Must hold a valid MO driver's license
