We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to joinour dynamic team and lead critical initiatives to achieve ourstrategic goals.

PositionOverview :

The Senior Project Manager will be responsiblefor overseeing and managing complex projects from inception tocompletion working cross functionally throughout many of our teams.

This role requires a strategic thinker with a proven track recordin project management team leadership and crossfunctionalcollaboration.

The ideal candidate will possess strongorganizational skills the ability to manage multiple priorities andthe capability to drive projects to successfulcompletion.

KeyResponsibilities :

  • Lead and managemultiple projects simultaneously ensuring alignment with companyobjectives and timelines.
  • Develop comprehensiveproject plans including scope goals deliverables resources andtimelines.
  • Collaborate with crossfunctionalteams including R&D marketing creative production and supplychain to ensure successful project execution and productlaunch.
  • Monitor and report on project progressproactively identifying and mitigating risks andissues.
  • Facilitate effective communicationamong stakeholders at all levels to ensure project alignment andsuccessful outcomes.
  • Maintain projectdocumentation including status reports decision logs and lessonslearned.
  • Ensure compliance with companypolicies procedures and safety standards throughout projectexecution.
  • Manage project budgets ensuringeffective allocation of resources and adherence to financialguidelines.
  • Mentor and support junior projectmanagers and team members fostering a culture of collaboration andcontinuousimprovement.

Qualifications :

  • Bachelorsdegree in Business Administration Project Management or a relatedfield; PMP certification preferred.
  • 5 years ofexperience in project management with a focus on consumer goods orrelated industries.
  • Proven experience inleading crossfunctional teams and managing largescaleprojects.
  • Strong analytical skills and theability to make datadriven decisions.
  • Excellentcommunication and interpersonal skills with the ability toinfluence and build relationships.
  • Proficientin project management software and tools (e.g. Microsoft ProjectAsana or Trello).
  • Demonstrated ability to workin a fastpaced dynamic environment while managing competingpriorities.
  • A strong understanding of productdevelopment processes and consumer trends in the goods sector is aplus.
