We have an opportunity for a Merchant Services Support Specialist in our Commercial Banking Group. As an integral part of our receivables team, our Merchant Services Support Specialists work with businesses from small proprietorships to multi-million-dollar corporations.
This critical role partners with our Merchant Services Consultants to proactively own and develop strong client relationships and help our business clients meet their financial goals.
This position will be responsible for supporting the Merchant Services needs of our Commercial clients. Additional responsibilities include processing applications, programming terminals, onboarding new Merchant clients, and acting as the primary liaison between our clients and our processing vendor.
Assisting merchants with PCI-DSS Compliance, training, troubleshooting, and tracking issues is included in daily activities.
A detail focused and goal-oriented team member with the ability to multi-task is desired for this position. Superior organizational skills are a must.
Skills and Experience :
- Excellent organizational skills are essential to qualify for this position
- 2 years of sales or service experience preferred
- 1-2 years merchant processing experience preferred
- 1-2 years of Microsoft Word and Excel experience
- Good verbal and written communication skills
