Role Overview :
We are seeking a Physical Therapy Assistant to join our client’s rehabilitation team. Leveraging strong patient care talents, the ideal candidate will work closely with physical therapists to implement customized treatment plans focused on restoring mobility and function.
Compensation : $70,000.00 - $75,000.00
Location : Monmouth County, New Jersey
Schedule : Monday - Friday, Daytime Hours
Responsibilities :
149; Assisting physical therapists with patient evaluations and treatments
149; Carrying out prescribed therapy interventions and modifying as needed
149; Educating patients / families on therapeutic activities and home programs
149; Documenting detailed progress notes and test results
149; Collaborating professionally with care team members
Qualifications :
149; Associate's degree and PTA license
149; CPR Certification : 1+ year experience preferred
149; Empathy, communication skills, teamwork abilities
