About The Position

Job Title : Physical Therapist

Experience : Strong general experience including post-operative care, sports injuries, and geriatrics. Outpatient and inpatient experience required. Must have outpatient experience.

License : Valid state licensure as a Physical Therapist

Certifications : Relevant certifications in physical therapy

Description :

Physical Therapist needed for a multi-modality position.

Responsibilities will include home health visits, outpatient treatment, and acute care.

The position requires working at various facilities within a 60-mile radius.

Candidates should have strong general experience in rehabilitation.

Experience with post-operative care, sports injuries, and geriatrics is preferred.

Outpatient experience is a must.
