Job Description
Our client, a leading beverage company, is currently seeking an accomplished Quality Assurance Manager to join the team.
Here is an overview of the role :
1) Develop and implement company-wide quality standards
2) Monitor, review, and enforce policies and procedures to accomplish quality assurance objectives
3) Contribute to information analysis to achieve operational quality assurance goals
4) Train and motivate employees to ensure adherence to quality standards
5) Estimate requirements, prepare annual budgets, and schedule expenditures to meet financial objectives
6) Conduct hazard analyses and monitoring procedures to develop effective quality assurance plans
7) Establish product specifications and quality attributes to validate quality processes
8) Assist in the recruiting process
9) Complete product, company, system, and compliance audits to maintain and improve product quality
10) Collect, analyse, and summarise information and trends to prepare quality documentation and reports
Critical Requirements
1) Appropriate full-time work experience is mandatory (no students or fresh graduates please)
2) Recent experience in the beverage industry is strongly preferred
3) Preference will be given to candidates with recent experience in quality
