Compensation :

$85,000 - $225,000 yearly

Responsibilities :

• Expand clientele by identifying and capitalizing on business opportunities to grow our client base.
• Manage leads effectively by hunting, handling, and qualifying inbound sales inquiries to convert them into appointments promptly, ensuring swift and efficient customer responses.
• Organize and maintain a structured database of potential and past clients, ensuring all lead information is up-to-date.
• Engage with prospects through various communication channels such as email and phone calls to include them in the sales pipeline and create qualified real estate leads.
• Present monthly and quarterly sales reports to the team to demonstrate progress toward company objectives.

Qualifications :

• Candidates must possess or be actively pursuing a real estate license.
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills are a must-have for this role.
• A valid driver's license is required.
• The ideal candidate should either hold a Real Estate License or be in the process of obtaining one.
