Job Summary :
We are seeking a dedicated Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our healthcare team as an assistant to the Registered Nurse (RN).
The ideal candidate will provide direct patient care under the supervision of RNs or physicians, with a focus on supporting the nursing team.
Candidates with management experience, staff supervisory skills, and the ability to travel to Tri City locations are encouraged to apply.
LPNs will be responsible for monitoring patient health, administering medications, updating patient records, and collaborating with the healthcare team to ensure high-quality care delivery.
Qualifications :
- Valid LPN license in the state of practice.
- Proven LPN experience in a healthcare setting.
- Strong management and staff supervisory experience.
- Excellent knowledge of nursing practices and procedures.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with attention to detail.
- CPR certification.
Responsibilities :
- Assist the RN in monitoring patient health and updating medical records.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by healthcare providers.
- Support RN in evaluating patient responses to treatments.
- Provide patient and family education on healthcare issues and emotional support.
- Collaborate with RNs and physicians to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Maintain a clean and safe patient care environment for staff and patients.
- Adhere to nursing standards and regulations.
- Participate in continuous training and education to stay current on nursing practices.
- Travel to Tri City locations as needed to support healthcare team and patients.
