Sunshine Coin Laundry in Smyrna, GA is looking for one laundry operations assistant manager to join our 5 person strong team.
We are located on 540 Windy Hill Road. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, ambitious, and reliable.
We are looking for a part time person with opportunity to grow to full time.
Looking for an energetic laundromat assistant manager to run end-to-end a coin laundry and wash 'n fold business in the heart of Smyrna!
Opportunity offers competitive hourly wages.
Open position is primarily for a flex shift (9AM - 4PM) Monday - Sunday as a fill-in when needed. Estimating 20-32 hours per week.
Overall Qualifications :
- Laundromat and wash n fold experience is required
- Experience with excellent customer service is required
- Ability to speak both English and Spanish is a plus
- Team management skills and experience
- Ability and experience with scheduling staff
- Managing inventory and orders for minimart stock and general operations supplies
- Wash / Fold Operations experience
- Computer Skills : word processing, spreadsheets (a plus) ability to work browser forms
- Customer Service Point of Sale Systems, configuration experience a plus
- Reliable transportation
- Flexibility in availability to cover shifts
Responsibilities include :
Overall Coin Laundry Operations Area :
- Opening and closing the laundromat
- Attending to customers having trouble with machines
- Keeping the areas free of debris or any pools of water
- Daily cleaning of all the dryer lint catchers
- Maintaining and restocking the customer bathrooms
- Keeping the bathrooms free of debris and floods
- Maintaining the exterior of the building in particular the parking lot
- Keeping the area free of debris
Wash 'n Fold :
Managing and optimizing all the wash n fold operations, which includes :
- Managing priorities and flow of the operation
- Receiving the wash and fold customer orders
- Processing (washing, drying, and folding)
- Preparing for customer pickup / receipt
Mini-Mart :
- Managing and improving the snack bar and mini mart storefront
- Managing and improving the inventory process and preventing loss
