Legal Assistant for Law Firm with Growth into HR / Office Manager of Firm

5 days onsite can sit in West Los Angeles or Downtown LA
up to $95,000 (DOE)

Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly motivated Junior Legal Assistant who is eager to expand their skills and grow into an Executive Assistant role supporting our Director of Operations.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their career in a high-end law firm with room for professional growth.
The role requires working onsite at either our Downtown Los Angeles or West Los Angeles office.
Key Responsibilities :
- Assist with payroll processing and record-keeping.
- Manage office schedules, including PTO requests and timesheet management.
- Shadow meetings with the Director of Operations, taking detailed notes and handling follow-up tasks.
- Organize and manage office-related tasks, such as setting up for meetings and maintaining office supplies.
- Handle email correspondence, including drafting and responding to routine communications.
- Provide general administrative support to ensure the office runs smoothly.
